One thing we cannot do
We cannot tell you what is wrong with your foundation, and we will not pretend otherwise. Diagnosing the cause of movement in a specific house is the practice of engineering in Texas and requires a licensed professional engineer. What we can do is get a contractor in front of you who will quote the work, and point you at an engineer if an independent opinion is what you actually need.
