Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, property address, and a description of what you are seeing. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.

What we do not do

• This site sets no cookies.
• There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, and no session tracking.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not sell it on to data brokers.
• We do not send marketing email.

Who your information goes to

Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes them to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission in transit and handles it under its own privacy policy.

We then pass your details to one licensed foundation contractor so they can arrange your estimate. That is the entire point of submitting the form, and it is the only onward sharing that happens. We do not distribute your request to a panel of contractors to bid over.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs (including IP addresses) as part of operating the service, as essentially all web hosts do.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in our email inbox. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it. Once a contractor has your details they hold them under their own policy, and you would need to ask them separately.
